College Bookstore Policy
- 100% returns are are permitted up to 90 days of invoice.
- All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
- Books must be in new/saleable condition in their original shrinkwrap.
- Advance written notice of your intent to return books is required; you will be issued a return authorization number upon approval.
- Each shipment must include a copy of the invoice and the return authorization.
